We always encourage our customers to ask questions about what we do and how we do it. Following are a few frequently asked questions we'd like to answer here.

Q. Can I use a pre-existing logo or supply my own artwork?

A. Absolutely, however to make things easier for our staff we ask that any supplied artwork is brought
to us on disk either in .EPS or .AI formats. If you don't have the image on disk and it's on paper we
can scan the image for you. We recommend images to be scanned at least 8.5" x 11" in size to reduce
the amount of time it takes to clean the image afterwards.

Q. I'd like my embroidery to have colors that fade from one to another, is that possible?

A. If your logo or graphic image is silkscreened then color gradients aren't a problem. However it's not
possible at this time to fade colors using embroidery.

Q. How long will it take to recieve the finished product?

A. Normally it will take us anywhere from 7-10 days to finish your order.

Q. Where do you do all the embroidery and silkscreening?

A. At the present time we have the capabilty to produce all projects here at our shop in Red Deer.
